Dear Mr Perrott
I acknowledge receipt of this request for reference to the Independent Complaints Adviser.
I have discussed this complaint further with Dr Raine and have recommended that it would be beneficial for her, and others who may be able to deal with some of your questions and queries, to meet with you if you are willing, to try and iron out some of the outstanding issues rather than escalating it at this stage.
If you would be willing to meet with Dr Raine to discuss this further, please let me know. If you remain dissatisfied after that meeting, I will then refer your complaint, on any remaining issues, to the Independent Complaints Adviser.
It seems to me that this would be a good opportunity to try and resolve some of the points you have raised. However, if you do not wish to discuss the matter, I will of course refer your complaint as it stands.
